  Arthur's is great! I go out of my way to go to Arthur's versus the bigger box stores. What I like: - Have a wide variety of items - Most items are high quality (fastener's, sump pumps, lawn equipment, just to name a few), but you can get the cheap disposable stuff if you want/need (a cheap paint roller for example). - They are a Stihl and Toro dealer. I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from Gerry, who was knowledgeable and the service was great. - I have been told the small engine repair department is top notch, with a good selection. - Staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. My only negative comment is that I have found their prices to be a bit higher than elsewhere. I ended up purchasing a new sump pump from the web, since it saved me $30 over Arthurs price ($130 pump from Amazon). However, I am willing to tolerate a slight price premium for most things, since the service is good and the stuff is generally high quality. Don't hesitate to go to Arthur's!
