  I am a landlord and I received a phone call from my tenant the other day stating there is a bat in the apartment. I decided to call Buffalo Exterminating or Ehrlich now. I went through a automated system and within a few minutes I had scheduled a inspector to come by later that day. I told the dispatcher to have the inspector call myself or the Tenant before coming. Come to fid ou John the inspector didn't call and just showed up and missed the tenant. I called at the end of the work day and tried to find out what happened and each of the 6-7 times the out of town dispatcher tried to call john he didn't answer his phone. I told them that this is a serious problem because the health department wanted to test the bat for rabies and my tenant and her animals are at risk. They said they would send him out the next day. I told them again to make sure he calls both of and make sure we were available. Again he shows up and leaves. That was yesterday now and I still haven't heard from anybody. I can't speak for their workmanship because I can't get the inspector to simply call ahead and schedule a time. Terrible organizational skills sounds like they need some local leadership that cares. Would not recommend unless you enjoy chasing people to work.

  Do not waste your time or money with this company!! I called to have my house treated for bed bugs and was given a quote for heat treatment and spray. When the technician came out to do the work, only spray was done and after many phone calls to the customer service center I was given the run around and was lied to by the sales man and his supervisor/ manager. Even after providing them a copy of the contract ( witch they should have had)I was told the contract was falsified by one of there customer service reps If I could rate this company a zero I would worst experience ever !!!!!
